THE ØYA FESTIVAL IS SOLD OUT!
On Sunday, the last of the tickets for Wednesday Aug. 6 were sold. This means that the Øya Festival 2008 advance sales are now over. Ticket sales have gone very well since passes were first made available just before Christmas. A short while back we increased our capacity with a 1000 Day Passes per day, but due to the great interest in this year’s bill, also these sold out rather quickly.

A few dozen tickets are still only reserved and may become available again if they’re not picked up. If you’re on a desperate lookout for a Wednesday pass, we recommend that you keep checking at Billettservice.no.
In order to limit black marketeering, we have – as in previous years – chosen to sell a small number of Day Passes at the festival entrance every day. It will only be possible to purchase tickets for that same day. At least 50 passes will be put out for sale each day. Booths open at 11 A.M., and each individual is only allowed to purchase a maximum of two tickets.
Other than this, we have only one thing to say to all you lucky holders of either a Festival Pass or Day Pass(es): Welcome, and we hope you’re looking forward to the festival. We sure are!
