Manna feat. live dub m/ Bjørn Torske

These long-haired old timers have since the early nineties been playing reggae from their base in Bodø – Scandinavia’s Addis Abeba. At first they were called Irie Darlings as whom they actually climbed the charts in Jamaica, and later as Manna, with lyrics in a broad, North-Norwegian dialect.

Earlier this they released the album “Salma i dub”, which is comprised of a remixes done by a handful of prominent Norwegian DJs, and it is this release this evening will center around. Bjørn Torske will dub it up live, accompanied by DJ SUnshine and DJ Strangefruit, who will keep the floor packed until the lights go on.
